The handsets are IP65 rated for water, dust and vibration resistance and are supplied with an 1800mah high capacity battery, providing clear and reliable communications even in harsh environments. The Mitex HD is supplied pre-programmed and ready to use out of the box. Channels 1-12 are programmed to dedicated Mitex HD frequencies while channels 13, 14 and 15 are common across all our UHF handportables; channel 16 is a scan channel. Legal operation of these units requires a current Business Radio Lite License which is provided with this pack and covers an unlimited number of handsets.
